Guitar Playin' at Nannie's

So I wrote about the guitar I bought for Karcen...Well I bought an additional one for my house top put in the "music" center. Zach LOVES to play air guitar, and suprisingly when I gave him this on to try out, his strumming pattern is actually quite good...we might actually have us a muscian! He looks very natural!

I have some videos to convert of them playing the instruments that I will get it posted later!

Karcen's 3rd Birthday!

Karcen had her party this past weekend with her family and friends and a Tinkerbell theme! She had lots of fun and received many gifts and even some cash!

Samantha and Kinsey were just a couple of Karcen's friends in attendance!

Lily and Rosie, Karcen's cousins, also came into town to help her celebrate! Here they are at the top of the blow up slide.

Karcen is hanging with the big girls on the stage...Here she is with sisters Lane and Carley and their neighbor Tamar.

Okay, so being the Nannie that I am, and wanting to give "my" kids what they want, I bought Karcen a guitar...not just any guitar, mind you, but one with strings like Tommy Walker plays...if you are rolling your eyes...cut it out...she really does like to listen to and play his music...and not because I make her. Anyway, here she is with her guitar...Oh and by the way, while we are on the Tommy Walker subject his new cd comes out on March 18th and he has completely redone his website; check it out at http://www.tommywalker.net/ .Yes, I am obsessed, yes I love the music, yes the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem-whatever-normal is overrated! Back to the pictures!

Finally a shot with a cupcake, all for Karcen.

Haila in Hat and Gloves

The weather has been so crazy this year...a couple of days of cold weather, a couple of days of warm weather and then cold again...Anyway...my gloves and hat hang on the kids coat rack for use on those cold days that we do get. Here she is "dressed up" in my clothes, just looking cute! She kept saying "I d'gloves, I d'hat" which is Haila speak for I wear the gloves, I wear the hat"
